Building Bangladesh's robotics pipeline from The Tech Academy classroom to the FIRST global stage — mentoring in robotics, programming, AI, and engineering design.
Taha Kaizar is a robotics educator, web development specialist, and FIRST Mentor from Bangladesh, dedicated to expanding access to world-class STEM education. His journey began at The Tech Academy, where he has spent years mentoring students in robotics, programming, artificial intelligence, and engineering design while helping them develop practical skills through hands-on projects and competitions.
Through his work at The Tech Academy, Taha has guided students in designing and building competitive robots, introducing them to industry-standard platforms such as REV Robotics and the FIRST ecosystem. His passion for inspiring young innovators led him to become an officially recognized FIRST Mentor, allowing him to support students not only in technical development but also in leadership, teamwork, and the values that define the global FIRST community.
He also works closely with Team Bangladesh in the international robotics community and actively promotes the growth of FIRST programs throughout Bangladesh by organizing workshops, mentoring future teams, and building partnerships with schools, organizations, and industry. Today, Taha's mission is to make high-quality robotics education accessible to more young people across Bangladesh — equipping the next generation of engineers with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to innovate, compete on the global stage, and become future leaders in science and technology.
